The ABB DSDP140B 57160001-ACX is a high-speed pulse counter board belonging to ABB Advant Master / Advant OCS S100 DCS system. It supports high frequency pulse input up to 80kHz from encoders and pulse generators, equipped with 1 pulse input channel, 2 digital inputs, 4 digital outputs and 1 analog output channel. It is used for position tracking, speed measurement and positioning loop control. With galvanic isolation and hardware channel diagnostics, it communicates with main controller via ModuleBus backplane bus. Widely used in power, pulp & paper, metallurgy DCS control systems.

ABB DSDP140B is a dedicated counting and positioning module for Advant DCS. It receives pulse signals from rotary encoders and pulse generators, calculates speed and position values, outputs analog or digital control signals for positioning regulation. Each signal channel adopts isolation design to suppress field electromagnetic interference. Built-in self-diagnosis function monitors channel fault status and sends alarms to DCS controller. Standard rack plug-in design facilitates installation and on-site replacement. With rugged industrial circuit design and passive cooling, the board can run stably under vibration and high EMI industrial environments. DSDP140B 57160001-ACX is applied for spare replacement and system upgrade of ABB Advant OCS DCS. Before shipment, each unit undergoes full functional test and thermal aging inspection to eliminate hidden defects and guarantee reliable long-term continuous operation.
