The ABB PP881 3BSE092978R1 is a 10.1-inch widescreen resistive touch HMI from ABB Panel800 V6.2 series, compatible with System 800xA and AC800M controllers. It features 1024×600 16:9 TFT LED display, 1GHz ARM9 processor, 1GB RAM and 2GB onboard SSD. Powered by 24VDC (18~32VDC), front IP65 protection rating. Equipped with 1×10/100Mbps Ethernet and USB2.0 port, supporting real-time process monitoring, parameter adjustment, alarm management and trend recording. Configuration requires Panel Builder 800 V6.2 software. Widely used in power, chemical, pulp & paper and water treatment industries.

Content Details

ABB PP881 serves as human machine interface for ABB 800xA automation platform. It communicates with AC800M controller over Ethernet to collect field process data, display real-time graphics and receive touch operation commands. It supports alarm event logging and historical trend storage for on-site fault diagnosis. Front IP65 rating provides dust and splash resistance for cabinet cutout mounting. USB interface supports project backup and restore. Built-in hardware diagnostics monitor touch screen, communication links and internal circuit status. With slim die-cast aluminum housing and wide operating temperature range (-10℃ ~ +60℃), this touch panel runs stably under industrial vibration and electromagnetic interference. PP881 is used for project deployment and spare replacement of ABB 800xA DCS.
