ALSTOM AH116-2 is a high-reliability rack-mounted control board for ALSTOM turbine control systems. It collects field sensor signals, executes turbine logic calculation and outputs control commands to actuators for power generation equipment monitoring and protection.

ALSTOM AH116-2 is an original industrial control board developed by ALSTOM for gas turbine and steam turbine control systems, serving as a core signal processing and logic calculation unit in power plant control cabinets. This module is responsible for acquiring real-time signals from speed, temperature and pressure field sensors, running built-in turbine control algorithms, and transmitting accurate control instructions to on-site actuators to adjust turbine operating conditions dynamically. 

The board adopts high-grade industrial PCB and strictly screened electronic components, with built-in galvanic isolation and electromagnetic shielding circuits. It can effectively suppress strong electromagnetic interference generated by high-voltage equipment, generators and large motors inside power stations, avoiding signal distortion and false logic actions. It supports stable continuous operation under wide temperature range, mechanical vibration and dusty cabinet environment, which meets the strict reliability requirements of power industry standards. Equipped with standardized rack plug-in structure and dedicated backplane interface, the AH116-2 supports quick installation and hot replacement during maintenance. 

The onboard LED status indicators clearly display power supply, communication and fault states, helping technicians carry out fast on-site diagnosis and troubleshooting. It communicates smoothly with other control cards, I/O modules and upper monitoring system to realize closed-loop control, operating status recording and fault event storage. Every AH116-2 board undergoes comprehensive power-on aging test, signal accuracy calibration, logic function verification and communication test before shipment. Although this model has been discontinued by ALSTOM, it is still an indispensable spare part for maintenance, overhaul and retrofitting of legacy turbine control systems. Widely used in thermal power stations, combined cycle power plants and energy industries. It maintains full compatibility with original ALSTOM turbine control rack and matching hardware, without complicated system program modification, helping power units reduce unplanned outage risk and maintenance expenses.
