Bently 149992-01 is the 3500/33 16-channel relay output module for Bently Nevada 3500 machinery protection system. It converts monitoring alarm and trip logic into relay contact signals to realize equipment interlock protection for rotating machinery.

Bently 149992-01, also named 3500/33 relay module, is an original full-height hardware card developed for the famous Bently Nevada 3500 machinery protection rack system. As a core protection output component, it undertakes the critical task of translating vibration, speed and temperature monitoring status into physical relay switching actions, which can trigger local alarms or emergency trip commands to safeguard large rotating equipment from catastrophic failure. This module comes with 16 independent relay channels, each supporting configurable voting logic to meet different safety strategy requirements. It adopts high-reliability SPDT relay contacts, capable of switching both AC and DC loads steadily. 

The circuit board uses industrial-grade components with strict screening, built-in surge suppression and electromagnetic shielding design to resist strong EMI interference inside power plant cabinets and heavy industrial workshops.
