The ABB LDGRB-01 3BSE013177R1 is an 8DI /8DO digital I/O module for ABB S800 I/O station under 800xA and AC800M DCS system. It handles 24VDC discrete signals from field switches, proximity sensors and relays, and outputs switching signals to drive local actuators. It features 1500VDC galvanic isolation between field channels and backplane bus, supports hot swap and LED status indication. It communicates with controller via AF100 fieldbus, widely applied in power, chemical, pulp & paper industrial process control systems.

Content Details

LDGRB-01 collects digital status signals from field devices and transmits data to AC800M controller, and executes digital output commands sent by DCS. Built-in hardware diagnostics detect channel short circuit, open circuit and power failure, uploading fault alarms to control system. DIN rail mounting design, compact housing and removable terminal blocks simplify wiring and on-site maintenance. Hot swap allows module replacement without shutting down the I/O station. Rugged industrial design supports stable continuous operation under vibration and high electromagnetic interference in control cabinets. LDGRB-01 3BSE013177R1 is used for spare replacement and system retrofit of ABB 800xA DCS. Before shipment, each unit undergoes full functional test and thermal aging inspection to eliminate hidden defects and guarantee reliable long-term continuous operation.
