The ABB CI547 3BNP004429R1 is a MasterBus300 communication board equipped with slave processor for ABB Advant Controller 410 and Safeguard400 safety system. It undertakes bus data transmission independently to reduce the calculation load of PM150 central CPU. It realizes high-speed bidirectional data exchange between controller and remote I/O or sub-modules over MasterBus300. With built-in slave processor and hardware communication diagnostics, it adopts rack plug-in installation. Widely used in power plant safety control, pulp & paper and chemical Advant OCS DCS systems.

CI547 is dedicated MasterBus300 communication sub-board installed into SC series carrier. The onboard slave processor processes bus data offloaded from main CPU, improving system response speed. It monitors bus communication quality and module operating status continuously, and reports fault information to central controller. LED status indicators display running and alarm state for on-site troubleshooting. Rugged PCB circuit design supports stable operation under vibration and strong electromagnetic interference in industrial control cabinets.
