The ABB CI867K01 3BSE043660R1 is a Modbus TCP communication module for ABB AC800M controller and 800xA DCS system. Equipped with dual Ethernet RJ45 ports supporting 10/100 Mbps transmission, it realizes Modbus TCP master and slave communication. It connects the controller to remote I/O, instruments, variable speed drives and third-party Modbus TCP devices. It supports hot swap and built-in communication diagnostics, widely used in power, chemical, oil & gas and pulp & paper process control systems.

Content Details

CI867K01 comes with CI867 module and TP867 baseplate, mounted on AC800M controller rack. Dual Ethernet ports support network redundancy to improve communication reliability. It handles cyclic real-time data exchange between AC800M and Modbus TCP field devices. Onboard LED indicators display module running status and network fault information for quick on-site troubleshooting. It is configured via Control Builder M engineering software. Industrial hardware design offers good anti-interference performance for industrial control cabinet environments. This module is used for spare replacement and system retrofit of 800xA DCS. Each unit passes full function test and thermal aging test before shipment.
