The ABB DSAI130 57120001-P is an analog input module for ABB Advant Master / Advant OCS DCS system. It collects analog field signals such as 4-20mA and 0-10V from transmitters and sensors, converts analog signals into digital data for the controller. It supports multi-channel signal acquisition with built-in signal isolation and hardware diagnostics. Widely used in power, pulp & paper and chemical process control systems.

Content Details

DSAI130 is a rack plug-in I/O module for Advant OCS S100 I/O rack. It receives analog signals from field sensors and transmitters and transfers converted digital data to the main controller via ModuleBus backplane. It provides channel isolation to reduce interference from field surge noise. Built-in diagnostic function detects channel failure, open circuit and abnormal signal, and uploads alarm information to DCS. LED indicators show working and fault status for quick on-site troubleshooting. Rugged industrial PCB design ensures stable operation under vibration and high electromagnetic interference. It is used for spare replacement and system retrofit of Advant OCS DCS. Every module passes full function test and thermal aging test before shipment.
