The ABB DSAI130D 3BSE003127R1 is an analog input module for ABB Advant Master and Advant OCS DCS system. It acquires analog signals like 4-20mA and 0-10V from field transmitters and sensors, converts analog signals into digital data for the controller. It features multi-channel acquisition, galvanic signal isolation and comprehensive hardware diagnostics. It is widely applied in power, pulp & paper and chemical industrial process control systems.

Content Details

DSAI130D is a rack plug-in I/O module for Advant OCS S100 rack. It collects field analog signals and transmits converted digital data to the main controller through ModuleBus backplane. Channel-to-channel isolation protects internal circuits from field surge and electromagnetic noise. Onboard diagnostics detect open circuit, short circuit and abnormal signal status, sending alarm messages to DCS. LED status lights help engineers check running state and locate faults quickly on site. Industrial rugged PCB design supports stable continuous operation under vibration and high EMI environment. This module serves as spare part replacement and system retrofit for Advant OCS DCS. Each unit undergoes full function test and thermal aging test before delivery.
