The ABB PP846A is a 10.4-inch TFT color touch operator panel of Panel800 series for ABB 800xA and AC800M control system. It features SVGA 800×600 resolution, front panel IP66 protection and rear IP20. Equipped with Ethernet, RS232, RS422/485, USB and CF card slot, it supports real-time process monitoring, trend display, alarm management and recipe operation. Project configuration is implemented by Panel Builder 800 software. Powered by 24VDC, widely adopted in power plant, chemical, pulp & paper industrial automation.

Content Details

PP846A serves as human machine interface to exchange real-time data with AC800M controller over Ethernet. It can display dynamic graphics, process values and fault alarms, and accept operator touch input for field control. Multiple communication interfaces support connection with PLC, drives and third-party instruments. Built-in system diagnostics monitor panel hardware and communication status, report abnormal conditions to DCS. Panel mounting structure for cabinet installation. Aluminum die-cast housing, stable operation under industrial vibration and electromagnetic interference. PP846A is used for spare replacement and system upgrade of ABB 800xA DCS. Before shipment, each unit undergoes full functional test and thermal aging inspection to eliminate hidden defects and guarantee reliable long-term continuous operation.
