The ABB PP877K 3BSE069274R1 is a 10.4-inch membrane keypad operator panel of ABB Panel800 Version6 series, compatible with System 800xA and AC800M controllers. It adopts 640×480 TFT LED color display, 22 metal dome function keys with 1 million keypress lifecycle, powered by 24VDC and front IP65 protection rating. Equipped with Ethernet, RS232, RS422/485 and USB interfaces, it supports real-time process monitoring, manual operation, alarm display, trend viewing and event logging, programmed by Panel Builder 800 software. Widely used in power, chemical, pulp & paper, water treatment and marine industries.

ABB PP877K serves as human machine interface for ABB 800xA automation platform. It communicates with AC800M controller over Ethernet to acquire field process data, display process graphics and receive operator commands via physical membrane keys. It supports alarm event recording and historical trend storage for on-site fault diagnosis. Front IP65 rating provides dust and splash resistance for cabinet cutout mounting. Multiple communication ports connect to controllers, and USB interface supports project backup and restore. Built-in hardware diagnostics monitor display, keypad, communication links and internal circuit. With die-cast aluminum housing and wide operating temperature range, this keypad panel maintains stable performance under industrial vibration and electromagnetic interference.
