The ABB PP836A 3BSE042237R2 is a 6.5-inch function key HMI panel from ABB Panel800 series, compatible with System 800xA and AC800M controllers. It adopts 640×480 TFT color display, equipped with 16 physical function keys and 16 bi-color LED indicators. Powered by 24VDC, front panel IP65 protection rating. It supports Ethernet, RS232, RS485 and USB interfaces for real-time process monitoring, manual operation, alarm display and event logging. Project configuration is completed by Panel Builder 800 software. Widely used in power, chemical, pulp & paper and water treatment industries.

Content Details

ABB PP836A serves as human machine interface for ABB 800xA automation platform. It communicates with AC800M controller over Ethernet to collect field process data, display process graphics and receive operator commands via physical keys. It supports alarm event recording and trend storage for on-site fault analysis. Front IP65 rating provides dust and splash resistance for cabinet cutout mounting. Multiple communication ports connect to controllers, and USB interface supports project backup and restore. Built-in hardware diagnostics monitor display, keys, communication links and internal circuit. With die-cast aluminum front housing and wide operating temperature range, this key panel runs stably under industrial vibration and electromagnetic interference.
