The ABB PP846 3BSE042238R1 is a 10.4-inch SVGA touch HMI from ABB Panel800 series, compatible with System 800xA and AC800M controllers. It features 800×600 TFT color display, 24VDC power supply and front IP66 protection rating. Equipped with dual Ethernet, RS232/485 serial ports and USB interface, it supports real-time process monitoring, parameter adjustment, alarm management and trend recording. Configuration is completed via Panel Builder 800 software. Widely used in power, chemical, pulp & paper and water treatment industries.

Content Details

ABB PP846 works as human machine interface for ABB 800xA automation platform. It communicates with AC800M controller over Ethernet to collect field process data, display real-time graphics and receive operator touch control commands. It supports alarm event logging and historical trend storage for on-site fault diagnosis. Front IP66 rating provides dust and splash resistance for cabinet cutout installation. Multiple communication ports connect to controllers, and USB port supports project backup and restore. Built-in hardware diagnostics monitor touch screen, communication links and internal circuit status. With die-cast aluminum housing and wide operating temperature range, this touch panel runs stably under industrial vibration and electromagnetic interference.
